Features:

1. The globe valve is dependent on stem pressure, so that the sealing cover of the disc is closely glued to the seat airtight cover to prevent the circulation of the medium. Belongs to mandatory sealing valve.

2. The flow direction of the globe valve is "low in advance" and "high in low", which can only flow in one direction, with directionality in installation.

3. When the valve is opened, the opening height of the disc reaches the maximum of 25% ~ 30% of the nominal diameter of the globe valve, which indicates that the stop valve has reached the full opening position.

4. The cut-off valve structure is simpler than the gate valve, and the manufacturing and maintenance are convenient.

5, sealing surface is not easy to wear and abrasion, good sealing, opening and closing when there is no relative sliding between the disc and body sealing surface, and thus are serious wear and scratches, sealed performance is good, long use life.

6. When opening and closing, the disc has a small stroke, so the globe valve is smaller than the gate valve, but the structure is longer than the gate valve.

7. Great torque and more effort. The disc is often eroded when open.

8. The fluid resistance is large, because the medium channel in the valve body is more tortuous, the fluid resistance is large, and the power dissipation is large.
