Structure and characteristics of bellows gate valve

Bellows valve stem with bellows and packing a double seal structure, ensure no leakage at the valve stem seal, used in power plants, natural gas, ammonia, vacuum, refrigeration system, hot water system, hot oil pipeline, especially suitable for the inflammable and explosive, toxic and expensive medium.
Bellows gate valve structure:
Bellows bellows valve cover and valve stem is welded into one, there is no seam, so it does not leak, stem movement is caused by compression bellows deformation, not by relative movement. Common gate valve with packing seal, stem and filler will slide, easy to leak at low temperature (spool), bellows gate valve, there will be no problem.

Bellows valve with tension and compression of stainless steel bellows sealed to replace the packing seal, generally used for permeability medium strong transport, such as hydrogen system on the valve, so as not to damage no leakage bellows; and valve with filler to seal, prone to leakage.
Characteristics of bellows gate valve:
